Learning Counting Tool 1-300

This tool helps a student learn to count, and the structure of the number system.  Even numbers are bolded.  Counting by 3's are in blue font.  Counting by fives are in yellow highlight.  Counting by tens make the right hand column.  Prime numbers are in pink highlight.  Numbers run from 1 through 300.  Have the student start at a different point in the chart each day, and count up to another chosen number, while following the numbers in the chart with their eyes.  For best results put the print inside a plastic sheet protector and have the student use the eraser end of their pencil to follow the numbers they are counting.  This tool builds familiarity with how the numbers increment and relate to each other in the decimal system.  If students count out loud you will be able to hear the areas they are struggling to understand or need more explanation of.
